So... a few months ago my A1C levels spiked right up under testing for diabetes. It was like 6.3. So I checked in yesterday and my levels have dropped to 6.0. I'm still in the prediabetes zone, but it's improving. A score of 5.6 will have me out of the prediabetes zone.
So what have I been doing to drop my levels?
So wham... 4 months later and I'm 3 points lower on my A1C levels. Just imagine if I would have applied 30 minutes of cardio per day consistently.
